Avon's decision to abandon trading in the Republic of Ireland should cause Avon reps in the UK to question whether their loyalty and hard work could all be for nothing and their businesses laid to waste as a result of Avon's worldwide cost cutting measures.
For their distributors in Ireland it is a shattering blow with many people in that distressed country badly in need of the little extra cash that their Avon round earned them. It certainly does not do Avon's reputation any good with regard to the concerns of it's own distributors. If they can do this in Ireland why not the UK?
It's been a puzzle for some time as to how Avon have been able to recruit new Avon reps considering all the negatives that surround their business.
There are so many Avon reps in the UK alone it is extremely difficult for any individual to build a decent income. Territories are so tiny that to to be able to sell sufficient product to earn commission is really difficult, and it's so expensive to run with catalogues being changed very three weeks.
Building a team may help but with something like 600,000 people in the UK already registered as Avon distributors people are going to find life very tough.
I have to register an interest here in that I am an independent distributor with FM group, an exciting young company with an extremely bright future that many people are finding to offer far better prospects.
For one thing there are none of the restrictive practices that Avon enforce such as minimum orders for commission, FM agents earn money on every sale. There is no waiting for commission, your profit is pocketed immediately your customer pays you and what's more the commission (profit) levels are far higher.
And unlike Avon, FM is a highly profitable business and not weighed down by massive multi-billion dollar debts.
For anyone suffering from Avon's betrayal and looking to replace their Avon business it costs nothing to look at what FM can offer. Just take a look here: http://www.fmforperfume.com/barrieg or http://www.fragrances.fm/barrie

The Mona Lisa, how many are there?
The obvious answer is one and that is why it is so precious. If Leonardo da Vinci had managed to paint hundreds of thousands of these works of art, all identical, only the first painting would be an original, the rest would be copies and would be valued accordingly.
What really matters with any product is quality and if you can find a great, high quality product at an attractive price, you're on a winner all the time!
Common sense tells us that the same would apply to any mass produced product. Only the first one made is original, the rest are copies so why pay more for a copy?
What really matters with any product is quality and if you can find a great, high quality product at an attractive price, you're on a winner all the time!
Now imagine that you could buy four or five great perfumes for the price of one overpriced, non-original copy, would that appeal to you?
This is the beauty of FM by Federico Mahora because we offer 150 truly exquisite perfumes of unbeatable quality, a range so large that we are able to meet the requirements of the most demanding of people and do so without the ridiculous expense normally associated with high quality perfumes.
Furthermore we are proud that we can boast that our products have NEVER been tested on animals.
We apply the same philosophy to all our products thus our state of the art skin care, The FM "B-Glucan Active" range of skin care products for example sells for roughly half the price of our nearest competitor's product.
As an FM distributor this particularly appeals to me because it makes selling the products much easier and with a profit margin of up to 47% I can make a healthy and instant profit on all my sales, and so can you!
FM have doubled the number of independent distributors worldwide in the past two years and more than quadrupled the number of distributors in the UK in less than 4 years, testament indeed to the strength of the FM worldwide business.

Why FM is the best business opportunity in the UK.

With the world economy in a really bad state and the UK's home economy stuttering along, more and more people are looking for other ways to either earn a living or to make up for lost income due to reduced pay. Some people have scraped enough money together to start up their own traditional business and some may even have managed to get a loan from a bank although not too many it seems.
For a lot of people network marketing is seen as a great way to build a business, usually with very little initial outlay.
The problem is finding the right business with the right products.
There can't be a day that we don't hear of the latest whizzbang business opportunity that's going to make us all millionaires overnight. You can usually smell the bad ones from some distance, promising quick returns based on how many people you recruit when it's clear the money is coming from those unfortunate enough to fall for the spiel. A dead giveaway with these, usually illegal, schemes is that they rarely mention PRODUCTS.
Products are all important, it doesn't matter what they are as long as they can be sold legally and sold fairly easily and at a decent profit.
If people can see that there is a good profit to be made by selling the products and without too much effort or financial outlay the rest will follow.
If you have good, easily sold products allied to a straightforward, uncomplicated and above all fair, payment plan that rewards you for taking the time and effort to build and support a team of likeminded people, you have the ideal network marketing business.
There is however another matter to consider, how old is the business you are planning to enter?
Is it a mature one, long established in it's field, because this is likely to be a major obstacle to anyone who wants to build a sizeable and profitable business.
There are some great examples of highly succesful network marketing businesses in the UK, Avon, Utility Warehouse, Kleeneze to name but three. The problem with them is that they are so well established, Avon in particular has an agent for almost every ten houses in the UK, not much room for team building there!
I am biased but I truly believe that FM cosmetics is an ideal opportunity both for people who want to make a little extra cash or those who want to build a really big and succesful network marketing business.
The FM business is based on highest quality perfumes, cosmetics, skin care, toiletries and other personal products together with products for home, car and even pets! All sell at highly competitive prices that stores cannot match and offer each distributor an instant profit of as much as 47%.
Add in extra team bonuses of up to 21% plus company profit share, and free car and holiday rewards PLUS the attraction of being with a fresh, young company with lots and lots of room for growth, not only in the UK but worldwide, and you have a really attractive business.
Furthermore FM isn't standing still, in addition to new perfumes and cosmetics FM recently added the B-Glucan Active range of skin care to their line. At a time when competitors are introducing relatively expensive revolutionary skin care to their offerings it's great to see that FM is taking them on both on quality, science and price. There is also quiet excitement as we wait for a new, exciting announcement that will take the world by storm.
There is simply no better time to join this amazing company - it could change your life!

Who needs the banks?
Ford have announced that they are closing two factories in the UK with a loss of over a thousand jobs.
This is terrible news for the employees, particularly at this time of year.
Oddly enough if people are asked why they wouldn't consider starting their own business they will say they prefer the so-called security of being in paid employment.
They would also be worried about the problems of raising finance. Possibly having to mortgage their homes, ( If the banks will let them have a mortgage/loan).
Many people would feel that they did not have the skills or knowledge to start up on their own and all of us have witnessed those that have tried owning a small shop or other business only to watch it go belly up within a short time with all the disappointment and dismay it must cause.
A lot of the time it's because they simply cannot compete with bigger organisations.
The good news is that there are opportunities for self employment out there that need no help from the banks, require very little knowledge or particular skill and can more than compete with even the very biggest corporations.

I am an independent distributor with FM cosmetics and at the recent national conference in Telford was delighted to see and hear of two outstanding success stories by two young women who in a remarkably short time have built up very succesful home based business.
One of these ladies, an ex army medic, has earned enough money to help her husband to give up his factory production line job and to be able to purchase her dream home on the lovely island of Cyprus.
The other, a mother of four young children is now experiencing the kind of lifestyle that she could only previously have dreamed of.
Of course they have worked hard but their lives are in their control now, wouldn't you like to be in control of yours?
And these are but two of the many success stories in the FM family.
Just imagine having a shop that sells a vast array of perfumes, cosmetics, state of the art skin care, kids fun make up etc, aromatherapy products, toiletries, home and car care products and even pet care products, can you imagine how much it would cost?
How does less than £50 sound to you?
You owe it to yourself and your family to take a look at this amazing opportunity, so what's holding you back?

Fed up with being ripped off?
It seems that everywhere you look these days the ordinary people of this world are being ripped off.
It would be difficult for anyone not to be impressed at just how far this company has come in just a few short years.
From simply packaged and bottled but high quality products a few years ago FM now offer a huge range of perfumes, cosmetics, skin care, toiletries and even household, car and pet care products, all of the very highest quality.
Workers are ripped off by employers, voters are ripped off by their elected representatives, energy companies rip off the users, banks and other financial businesses build their businesses by seeing just how much they can rip off the people they should be helping.
It's quite refreshing to find that that there is at least one way that ordinary people can build themselves a decent lifestyle that fairly reflects the efforts that they make and that is network marketing.
However even here there are companies more interested in getting as much out of there clients and distributors as possible and to hell with giving real value for money!
I am proud to say that I have found a network marketing business opportunity that both gives customers great value for money AND offers rich rewards for people prepared to do the necessary work.
I'm writing about the FM perfumes and cosmetics business.
Their new range of "state of the art", skin care, the FM B-Glucan active range for example is sure to give the better known companies a real run for their money selling as it does for far less money than it's rivals and of course it presents yet another opportunity to make money for it's distributors.
With an instant profit on sales of up to 47% plus bonuses of up to 21%, you can also add wonderful incentives such as free cars (Mercedes and Peugeots), free, all inclusive holidays and trips.
With some distributors already earning over £10,000 per MONTH from what is a very simple business it is hard to see a better opportunity for ordinary people to change their lives for the better.
